The cornerstone of our business is our sourdough base which we use
for our pizzas and boccas. If you’ve sampled both, you’ll know that
pizza and sourdough pizza are very different propositions. In texture
and flavour. In eating experience and how you feel after.
Our 100% sourdough base is made from a starter that we bought back
from Naples in 2015 and is over 75 years old. It is topped with our
homemade San Marzano tomato sauce.
We also offer a homemade gluten-free base (+ £2.00) which we are
often told is the best in Bristol. Our parmesan is not vegetarian.
